Christine, a Newfoundland native, is Bamboo’s From Scratch columnist. Christine’s passion for food takes centre stage in her everyday life, paired with her passion for film, fashion and television which started when she was scouted in a mall fashion show at 15. Today, when not appearing on HBO or on a magazine cover, she can be found behind the scenes, working as a food stylist, or in her kitchen, crafting homemade artisan goods. Christine’s philosophy: begin with the best ingredients, keep it organic and make it from scratch.
