Jenny is a naturopathic doctor and the brains behind Bamboo’s monthly Dr. Jenny column. She has spent over 10 years in the health industry (starting as a Registered Massage Therapist) and currently works in Vancouver’s vibrant downtown as a naturopathic doctor. Her interest is always piqued by gluten-free desserts and recipes that contain locally grown (preferably organic), savoury foods, the remnants of which she relishes composting indoors.
