Marian is a graduate of the Stratford Chef School, a culinary teacher and a member of Slow Food. She has appeared on Fox TV, Time Warner and Canada’s Food Network, and she has represented the iconic British AGA Cooker as North America’s Brand Manager. Marian currently works as the Director of Culinary Development at Chef Events Canada Inc. She enjoys strolling through weekend farmers’ markets (with cute farmers) to catch up on what’s in season.
