Peter Byck, Director (2011)

In the ongoing climate change debate, people are often divided into two sides—the believers and the non-believers. But in reality, it’s not that simple.

Despite what you may think, it’s not only the tree-hugging, environmentalist die-hards leading the pack when it comes to clean energy and green technologies. And that is exactly what director Peter Byck set out to prove with his insightful documentary, Carbon Nation. It’s a film about solutions, telling the fascinating stories of people across the United States working to develop sustainable energy alternatives.

“What’s really interesting is that you don’t need everybody to be believing in climate change to be doing a lot of things that will solve climate change,” says Peter.
