Summer is the perfect time to don your cutesiest sundresses and girliest florals. I, for one, will be wearing almost exclusively floral print and teeny tiny dresses the second the sun comes out.

One way to keep from overdoing the girly-factor is to toughen up an overly pretty look with some boyish accessories. I added a vintage, wide-brimmed hat and some beat-up leather boots to this second-hand floral shift to give the outfit some depth. Think of creating a contrast between feminine and masculine elements.

You will feel like a tougher gal in no time.
